Meet the Staff

Meet our team of dedicated staff and volunteers, who are devoted to carrying out the Gospel, making disciples, and serving the community.

Our Staff.

Our staff includes Senior Pastor, Monte Dean, our Youth Minister, Mason Hardesty, our Music Minister, Luke Adrean, our Church Secretary, Amanda Ramirez and our custodian, Anna Payne. 

MONTE DEAN | SENIOR PASTOR

Monte has been serving Aydelotte for eleven years. He and his wife, Holly, have 8 children. Their greatest desire is to see the Aydelotte family walking faithfully in the Lord Jesus Christ, secure in their salvation, abounding in their faith, fellowshipping with their church family, and expanding His kingdom.

MASON HARDESTY | YOUTH PASTOR

Mason is the Youth Pastor and has been on staff since October 2023. He is currently attending Oklahoma Baptist University, pursuing a Bachelors of Arts in Pastoral Ministry. He plans to graduate in May of 2026.

LUKE ADREAN | MUSIC MINISTER

Luke joined Aydelotte as the Music Minister on March 9, 2025. Luke is married to McKinley and they are expecting a baby in December. 

AMANDA RAMIREZ | CHURCH SECRETARY

Amanda joined our staff in March of 2023. She serves as a member of a local church, Sallateeska Baptist Church within our association and has been very helpful here at ABC. She also helps along side our Treasurer with the finances and is the editor for our church magazine. 

ANNA PAYNE| CUSTODIAN

Anna has been a member of ABC since 2004 and has served as the custodian since 2006. Anna is also a teacher at a local elementary school.

COMMUNITY BIBLE STUDIES

We have a number of community studies available to attendees of all ages. Our hope is that you will find a place to grow and thrive among like-minded people.

CHILDREN'S MINISTRY

ABC Kids has many opportunities for your children to have fun and learn about Jesus in engaging ways. Safety is our priority and all of our volunteers and staff have current background checks.

STUDENT MINISTRIES

ABC Student Ministries is the perfect place for pre-teens and teenagers to learn, grow, and have fun in a safe and caring environment. 

COLLEGE & YOUNG ADULT

Rooted, the college and young adult ministry, is a ministry that seeks to build upon the foundation of youth with in-depth Bible studies and relevant lessons.

WOMEN'S MINISTRY

For women, it's difficult to find a place where you feel welcome. ABC Women's Ministry combats that by building a community of non-judgmental and empowered women, who encourage and support one another.

MEN'S MINISTRY

Sometimes you just need to get with the guys. ABC Men's Ministry gets together once a month to bond over Jesus, camaraderie, and breakfast. A lot of breakfast.

MISSIONS

Christ said to "make disciples of all nations." Whether its support, fundraising, or sending, ABC's mission team seeks to do just that. Anyone with a desire to GO or SEND is invited to live missional at ABC.

SERVE ABC

At ABC, we want to make sure the flock is well cared for and that no need goes unnoticed. Serve ABC is a ministry of teams that serve the community, the church, and its members.
